low porosity, high flexural strength, corrosion resistance,
and long service life. After laboratory testing and customer trials,
the lifespan of the product has been increased by 50-300% compared to ordinary products under various working conditions,
including comparison in an intermittent furnace at 1530 ℃, a continuous furnace at 1400 ℃,
and a strong alkali atmosphere furnace. For example,
after continuous heating at 1400 ℃ for 4200 hours in an experimental furnace,
under a clean air atmosphere and a surface load of about 4W/CM ²,
the resistance of a regular rod increased by about 62%, with an average increase of about 14.7% per 1000 hours;
However, the resistance of high-density rods only increased by about 32%, with an average increase of about every 1000 hours7.7%.
